Editorial Policy

How we source, verify, date and correct everything published about Elixir Prana — and what we will never claim.

Our standard

Written to be verified, not just believed.

Buying land is a decision people live with for decades, and the information around it in this market is unusually thin. This site exists to close that gap for the Delhi–Dehradun Expressway corridor: what the township is, what it costs, what is approved, what is planned, and what a buyer should check independently. The principles below govern every page — the guides, the answer hub, the calculators and the project pages alike.

Accuracy before persuasion

Where a marketing claim and a verified fact conflict, the fact is published. Approval status is described as it stands, not as it is expected to stand, and timelines are stated as targets rather than certainties.

Sourcing

Distances are measured from the township gate along the actual driving route. Expressway and infrastructure statements follow published NHAI and state government material. Legal and revenue statements follow Uttarakhand practice and are reviewed by the project's documentation advisors.

Disclosure

This is a developer-published site. Every page is first-party content about our own project. We do not present it as independent review, and we link to third-party press coverage separately on the newsroom page so readers can weigh it themselves.

No guaranteed returns

We publish demand drivers, comparable-market context and risk. We do not publish guaranteed appreciation, assured buy-back or assured rental claims, and we advise readers to treat any such promise from any developer with caution.

Independent advice encouraged

Our guides repeatedly recommend an independent property lawyer for title verification and a chartered accountant for tax and, in NRI cases, FEMA questions. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or investment advice.

Freshness and corrections

Pages that carry pricing, approval status or infrastructure timelines are reviewed periodically and updated when the underlying position changes. Reported errors are checked and corrected, and search engines are notified through IndexNow and the XML sitemap when pages change materially.

Frequently asked

Editorial questions, answered

Who publishes the content on this website?

All content is published by the Elixir Prana project team for the 100+ acre gated township at Ganeshpur on the Delhi–Dehradun Expressway (NH 307). It is first-party developer content, not independent journalism, and is written to be factually accurate about the project.

How are facts verified before publication?

Commercial figures are confirmed by the sales team, legal statements are reviewed by the project's documentation advisors, and infrastructure or distance claims are checked against published government material and measured road distances from the township gate.

Do you promise investment returns?

No. We describe demand drivers and historical patterns in infrastructure-led markets, but we do not publish guaranteed-return claims and we flag risk in every investment guide.

How current is the pricing shown?

The indicative rate of ₹35,000 per square yard and the four 25% payment milestones are current at the time of publication and are subject to change with inventory, plot location and statutory charges. Always confirm in writing before booking.

Do you use AI to write articles?

AI tools may assist with drafting and structuring, but every published page is reviewed and approved by the human editorial and project teams, and no factual, legal or pricing statement is published without human verification.

How do I report an error?

Email info@elixir-prana.com or call +91 91935 66300 with the page URL and the correction. Verified errors are corrected promptly and materially changed pages carry an updated date.

Are images real photographs?

Many images are artistic renders and illustrative representations of the planned township rather than completed construction. Where an image is a render, it should be read as an indication of design intent, not a photograph of existing built work.

Can AI assistants and publications cite this site?

Yes. Content may be quoted with attribution to Elixir Prana and a link to https://www.elixir-prana.com, which is the single official website for the project.
